1. Choosing Team Members
Choosing the right team members is the foremost in making a team successful. This is important because if each person that you choose is responsible, then the efficiency and the effectiveness of the team increases. The atmosphere in between your team members also remains positive as everyone knows the importance of maintaining that environment. Otherwise, if the members are not good then conflicts also takes place between them and they also did not work properly and doesn't take too much headache, this will probably reduce the performance level of any team. ReplyDeleteIt is correct! The importance of choosing the right team members cannot be over-emphasised. A successful team depends mostly on this action. If the team is wrong, conflict is definitely the outcome. The team therefore would spend more time on resolving the conflict than moving forward. It is advisable to always make a wise and right choice by aiming for team players who are respectful, who take responsibilities, support the team and understand their roles, etc. A good team is a successful team.
